VACA-ing In Mexico Beach!!!

Mexico Beach is located in the panhandle of Florida, just east of Panama City Beach, Fl. It's a really special place for me and my family. We've had the privilege of being able to visit here several times a year for the pass 8 years.

My Father-in-law and his family purchased a house in Mexico Beach about 9 years ago before there was really anything here. I'll never forget my first visit to Mexico Beach. It was soon after my husband and I got married, and I remember never wanting to leave the quiet & calm (almost lake like) crystal clear water and white sandy beaches. It was like a private beach, there was no one there. It was Perfect!!!

The Beach house has always been a "FUN" place to visit and catch up on some much needed R&R. But it hasn't always looked the way it does today, and that's thanks to Donna Stewart and Carol Hays. Two of the most talented women I know, and I have the privilege to call them "my family". I love both of these women so much!!! They are so special in so many ways. Just take a look and see just how creative these two women can be.......

Hey Y'all!!!!

It's been a while!! Life around our house has been a little BUSY lately, but I'm glad to be back. And I can't wait to share more about what's been going on.  I'm taking a little break this summer, so I'm planning on diving right in and getting creative. There are LOTS of ideas rolling around this crazy head :)

Ok, let's share some NEWS........

In the Thomas Household News:
1. We are adding a new addition!!! That's right there's a bun in the oven and we are SUPER excited!!! Baby Thomas should be making (hint! hint!) his appearance in late October. I'm crossing my fingers for a Halloween Baby :)
2. We are also adding a new addition to our house!!! More babies, More Space Please!! So we are adding a new family room and office to our home, plus Tucker now needs a new Big Bro Room!!! So there should be plenty of creative projects to share with y'all!!

I'm been dying to get some new items made, so I have jumped right in to summer and made some... Red, White, and Blue Bella Blooms

These Blooms are perfect for celebrating the 4th of July, or if you're local to the Atlanta area for wearing to cheer on The Atlanta Braves!!!! I have 6 headbands already made and ready to go, so take your pick!!!

The Life of a Vendor......

This past weekend I got my first taste at the life of a vendor in Pooler, Georgia. Pooler is located just outside of Savannah, Georgia. This is where I got my first opportunity to be a vendor at the Coastal Kids Market. The Coastal Kids Market is a high end consignment sale that takes place twice a year. It is owned and run by Catherine Edmonds and Ashley English. There is a link to their Facebook Fan Page below in my last post. 

The Sale started Thursday night at 6:00pm. It was pouring rain outside but that wasn't keeping anyone away, as a line of eager shoppers wrapped around the building waiting to get inside. Here are a few pictures taken By: Charity Miles

It truly was a very fun and positive experience, with a ton of positive and encouraging feedback. I look forward to visiting Coastal Kids Market again in the Fall.
